Payment Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all online payments made via the Try Karo App and Website (trykaro.in) through the PhonePe payment gateway.

Order Confirmation Policy

Try Karo charges 5% of the total order value at the time of order confirmation. This amount is collected to ensure order authenticity and minimize product returns.

Shipping Policy

*The products would be delivered to the customer's within 4 to 6 days.*

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or defective products, Try Karo will replace the product or issue a credit note within 60 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed within 48 working hours after verification.

Payment Gateway Usage

PhonePe is used as the payment gateway partner for secure online transactions. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details. Try Karo does not store or have access to sensitive payment data such as card numbers or UPI credentials.

User Responsibilities

Users must verify all order details before making payment. Try Karo will not be liable for losses arising from user-entered errors or unauthorized usage of accounts.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes or claims related to payments or orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
