Overview

Try Karo AB Trading LLP ('Try Karo', 'we', 'our', or 'us') aims to provide a seamless shopping experience for all MSME customers and business partners. This Return & Refund Policy explains the process for product returns, replacements, and refunds made through our platform (App or Website).

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • Customers must report the issue to Try Karo within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Return Process

  • Customers must raise a return request by contacting our support team at customercare@trykaro.in or via the Try Karo App.
  • Once the request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup for the product.
  • The product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse before approval for replacement or credit note.

*The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.*

Replacement & Credit Note

  • Try Karo will replace damaged or defective products or issue a credit note within 60 days after receiving the returned product.
  • The credit note can be used for future purchases on the Try Karo platform.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable in cases of failed or duplicate transactions, or if a product is unavailable after payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours after verification.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.

*The refunded amount would be credited to the customer's bank account within 3 to 4 days.*

Non-Returnable Products

Certain categories such as perishable goods, food items, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.

Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • However, in the event of a failed payment or system error, Try Karo reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
